  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped

  • 4 whole wheat or flour tortillas

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Start by gathering all the ingredients and prepping them for the quesadilla. Chop the fresh spinach and shred the cheddar cheese. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Cook the Spinach
