    1/2 cup cooked quinoa

      1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers)

        2 tablespoons low-calorie vinaigrette


          Season and grill the chicken breast.

            Cook quinoa and steam mixed vegetables.

              Assemble in a bowl, drizzle with vinaigrette.
