TOMATOE COTTAGE CAPRESE BOWL
Burst Tomato Cottage Cheese Caprese Bowl is an easy, savory, high protein lunch!
Burst Tomato Cottage Cheese Caprese Bowl
- 1/2 cup cottage cheeseI used whole, you can use 2%)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- 1/8 tsp basil for garnish
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Season tomatoes in a medium bowl with 1 teaspoon olive oil and pinch of salt and black pepper
Heat pan to medium heat
Add tomatoes into pan add cook to soften texture or place in air fryer if desired for a crispy taste .
Place cottage cheese in a bowl, top with tomatoes, drizzle more oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and garnish with basil.
