Burst Tomato Cottage Cheese Caprese Bowl is an easy, savory, high protein lunch!

Burst Tomato Cottage Cheese Caprese Bowl

Servings 1


  • 1/2 cup cottage cheeseI used whole, you can use 2%)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/8 tsp basil for garnish
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  • Season tomatoes in a medium bowl with 1 teaspoon olive oil and pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Heat pan to medium heat
  • Add tomatoes into pan add cook to soften texture or place in air fryer if desired for a crispy taste .
  • Place cottage cheese in a bowl, top with tomatoes, drizzle more oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and garnish with basil.
